UPDATE TO EFFECTIVE DATE OF CHANGE IN TRANSFER SECRETARY

Reunert shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement published on SENS on Monday,
29 May 2023, wherein Shareholders were advised that JSE Investor Services Proprietary Limited (“JSE
Investor Services”) will replace Computershare Investor Services Proprietary Limited (“Computershare”)
as the transfer secretary to Reunert, with effect from 1 July 2023 (“Effective Date”).

Computershare has advised that it is not able to complete the transfer of the Reunert securities register
within a timeframe of less than three months and Shareholders are therefore advised that the Effective
Date of JSE Investor Services’ appointment as transfer secretary to Reunert is now Friday,
1 September 2023.
