REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES

The company may, in accordance with the general authority to repurchase ordinary shares

Thursday, 25 August 2022, repurchase up to 20% of its issued ordinary share capital as at

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“the JSE”),
aggregate repurchases of 3% or more in any one financial year must be announced as soon as
possible after the threshold has been reached.

applicable in respect of the balance of 1 117 015 ordinary shares.

The shares repurchased were cancelled immediately upon repurchase and will be added back
to the authorised and unissued share capital of the company. Application will be made in due
course to the JSE for the delisting of the ordinary shares repurchased.
