         AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF TPBIIA AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 04 OCTOBER 2021

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby notifies Holders of the automatic
Exercise which occurred on 04 October 2021 (see the related securities above).

On 04 October 2021 (the Valuation and Exercise Date), the conditions for early exercise were met, therefore the
Autocalls were automatically exercised and expired on 04 October 2021. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement
Amount determined as follows:
