NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

MWAR hereby notifies its debt investors that it has publicly released its audited annual financial
statements (“AFS”) for the year ended 31 March 2021 and that the audit report relating to the AFS is
unqualified.

The AFS contain a restatement for the 2020 financial year relating to the disclosure of cash flows from
interest received. Full details of the restatement are set out in the statement of cash flows as contained in
the AFS.

The AFS are available on the MWAR website at https://merchantwest.co.za/investor-relations.
