TCTA: Resignation of Debt Sponsor

of Establishment).
A Schedule 2 Public Finance Management Act No. 1 of 1999 (PFMA) entity.


RESIGNATION OF DEBT SPONSOR

In accordance with paragraph 2.5 (a) of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, TCTA hereby
notifies noteholders that it is resigning as a Debt Sponsor with effect from 13 December 2020.
TCTA has subsequently appointed Standard Bank South Africa Limited as its Debt Sponsor
with effect from 14 December 2020.
