AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER

Noteholders are advised that the Issuer’s annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2020 (the
“2020 financial statements”) are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

The 2020 financial statements of the Issuer have been made available on their website at:
https://www.rmb.co.za/conduits/ivuzi.

Noteholders are further advised that the audit report on the 2020 financial statements is unqualified, with no
modifications applicable.

In addition, the Issuer would like to advise noteholders that no restatement(s) to the Issuer’s previously
published annual financial statements, for the year ended 30 June 2019, have been included in the 2020
financial statements.
