APPOINTMENT OF CLIFFORD RAPHIRI AS MEMBER OF THE NOMINATIONS AND
REMUNERATION COMMITTEE

Shareholders are advised that with effect from 1 October 2020, the
Board of Nampak Limited appointed Mr Clifford Raphiri, an independent
non-executive director and member of the Nominations and Remuneration
Committee, as chairman of this Committee.    Mr Simon Ridley will step
down as chairman of the Committee but remains a member.
