REPORT ON THE CONSULTATION MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
1. Further to the announcement released on SENS on 2 July 2020, the Business
Rescue Practitioner convened a meeting of shareholders on 10 July 2020 to consult
on the development of a business rescue plan and to approve the further
remuneration of the business rescue practitioner.
2. Following discussion and consultation on development of the business rescue plan,
shareholders were required to vote on further remuneration of the Business
Rescue Practitioner of the Company as provided for in terms of section 143(3)a and
(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
3. Shareholders are advised that the resolution proposed in the notice of meeting of
shareholders was passed with the requisite majority of votes as indicated below:
