NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

No Change Statement

Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual report
incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 28 February 2014 (“the Annual Report”) has been
posted to shareholders on 26 September 2014. The audited
annual financial statements contain no modifications to the
reviewed results released on SENS on 2 June 2014. The Annual
Report will also be available on the Company’s website.

Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
shareholders will be held at Oxford Corner, P3, 32A Jellicoe
Avenue, Rosebank at 10:00 on Wednesday, 29 October 2014, to
transact the business as stated in the notice of annual
general meeting forming part of the Annual Report.

Record Date

The record date by which shareholders of the Company must be
registered in the Company’s securities register in order to
attend and vote at the meeting is Friday, 24 October 2014. The
last day to trade in the ordinary shares of the Company in
order to be eligible to vote at the annual general meeting
will be Friday, 17 October 2014.
