CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of StratCorp hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Anniruth
Kissoonduth and Mr Tumelo Given (Tumelo) Ratau have been appointed as non-
executive directors of StratCorp with effect from 28 June 2014. Anniruth and Tumelo
represent Kose-Kose Investments Limited, a major shareholder of StratCorp.

Shareholders are further advised that MM Patel was appointed as the chairperson of
the board and the constituted board committees of StratCorp are as follows:
1.    Audit committee: SI Kallen (chairperson), S Coetzee, TM Masasa and TG
      Ratau, subject to the ratification thereof by the shareholders of the Company
      at the next annual general meeting of the Company;
2.    Social and Ethics committee: A Kissoonduth (chairperson), S Coetzee, MM
      Patel and JHP Engelbrecht (JHP Engelbrecht’s appointment will be with effect
      from 1 July 2014);
3.    Risk committee: TM Masasa (chairperson), DB Harington, TG Ratau and JHP
      Engelbrecht (JHP Engelbrecht’s appointment will be with effect from 1 July
      2014);
4.    Nomination committee: MM Patel (chairperson), S Coetzee, SI Kallen, TM
      Masasa, A Kisoonduth and TG Ratau; and
5.    Remuneration committee: TM Masasa (chairperson), MM Patel, S Coetzee,
      SI Kallen, A Kisoonduth and TG Ratau.
