Metmar shareholders are advised that all of the resolutions tabled at the Annual
General Meeting held on Wednesday, 11 August 2010 were passed by the requisite  
majority of shareholders.                                                       
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual       
Property Registration Office for registration as soon as is reasonably possible.
