Further to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 4 March 2008 and 14 
April 2008 shareholders are advised that Business Connexion Communications      
(Proprietary) Limited, a subsidiary of BCX, is still in negotiations which, if  
successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the company`s 
securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise       
caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a detailed announcement  
is made.
