    CASH DISTRIBUTION                                                           
    Further to the announcement of Mvela Group`s interim results for the six    
months ended 31 December 2006 dated 7 March 2007, in which the company      
    declared a cash distribution of 6 cents per ordinary share out of share     
    premium in lieu of an interim ordinary dividend ("the cash distribution"),  
    shareholders are advised that the cash distribution has been paid to        
ordinary shareholders today.                                                
    The financial effect of the cash distribution on Mvela Group`s earnings,    
    headline earnings, net asset value and net tangible asset value per         
    ordinary share is less than 1% and is not material.
