Postponement of 2025 Annual General Meeting
Europa Metals Ltd, ("Europa" or the "Company") advises that the Company's 2025 Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") will be held on or before Friday, 16 January 2026.
Under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Europa is ordinarily required to hold its annual general
meeting within 5 months after the end of its financial year, or 30 November 2025.
Due to the additional time required to prepare and finalise the Company's notice of AGM, which
included seeking preliminary advice from the Australian Taxation Office in relation to a proposed
return of capital to Europa shareholders ("Shareholders"), the Company sought an extension of time
to hold its AGM from the Australian Securities and Investment Commission ("ASIC") pursuant to
section 250P of the Corporations Act 2001 (Act).
The Company has now received approval from ASIC to extend the period within which the Company
must hold its AGM to 16 January 2026 ("Extension").
The notice of AGM to Shareholders will be announced and despatched to Shareholders in the
coming weeks.
