UPCOMING RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM ESCROW


In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, MC Mining Limited (ASX: MCM) advises that at the
commencement of trading on 1 September 2025, 62,102,002 fully paid ordinary shares will be
released from voluntary escrow.

This escrow arrangement is in connection with the subscription agreement with Kinetic Development
Group Limited, as announced on 28 August 2024. These ordinary fully paid shares were already
quoted on the ASX at the time of issue and does not change the issued capital of the Company.
