TRADING STATEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the Company's unaudited consolidated interim financial statements for the six months ended
31 August 2024, published on SENS on 10 October 2024, wherein shareholders were advised that the dividend per share
for the year ended 28 February 2025 ("FY2025") is budgeted to be in line with the revised funds from operations per
share ("FFOPS") of between 67,00 and 78,00 cents per share.

As a result of lower than expected operating costs, FFOPS for FY2025 will be 78,37 cents per share. Accordingly, subject
to final approval by the board of directors, the Company intends to declare a final dividend for FY2025 of 48,37 cents
per share, resulting in the total dividend declared for FY2025 of 78,37 cents per share (100% of FFOPS). The total
dividend for FY2025 represents an increase of 11.4% compared to the year ended 29 February 2024.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by Newpark's
auditors. The unaudited financial results of Newpark for the year ended 28 February 2025 will be published on SENS
on or about 16 May 2025.
