DISPOSAL OF SHARES


Shareholders are referred to the previous disposal of shares announcements released on SENS on 21 May 2024,
18 June 2024 and 29 July 2024, respectively, relating to the approval granted to Lighthouse to dispose of up to
634 479 018 Hammerson plc ("Hammerson") shares in one or more tranches over the next 12 months ("Proposed
Transaction").

As set out in the circular issued in respect of the Proposed Transaction, to the extent that Hammerson shares are
disposed of and the 5% threshold is crossed, an announcement will be made on SENS. Accordingly shareholders
are advised that at 22 August 2024, Lighthouse had disposed of an additional tranche of 224 093 712 shares in
Hammerson on market for an aggregate cash consideration equivalent to ZAR 1 453 984 477.
