New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL296
Application has been made to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for the listing of R850,000,000 (eight
hundred and fifty million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL296),
under Investec Bank Limited's Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme, dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL296 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being
24 May 2024 with effect from commencement of trade.
