CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Wilhelm Hölscher has been
appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 1st of August 2023.

Wilhelm qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010 and is registered with the South African
Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has extensive experience as a finance executive
across a diverse range of industries, including agriculture and mining. Wilhelm is also
currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Edinburgh.

Chrometco confirms that the appointment was made in accordance with the Board
nomination policy. The Board welcomes Wilhelm and looks forward to his contribution to the
Company.
