CLOUD ATLAS S&P AFRICAN SOVEREIGN BOND ETF (“ASBI ETF”) UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT


Unitholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 24 April 2023, in which they
were advised that, the ASBI ETF is under consideration by the issuer for winding up, as it has not
achieved the scale necessary to achieve its investment objective and financial feasibility.

Unitholders are advised that the ASBI ETF is still currently under suspension from trading and will be
advised of any changes with regards to winding up of the Big50 ETF when more information is
available.
