UPDATE ON BLACK CHROME MINE PROPRIETARY LIMITED BUSINESS RESCUE
PLAN AND MEETING OF CREDITORS

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 13 April 2023 wherein
Chrometco confirmed that the Black Chrome Mine Proprietary Limited business rescue plan
(“Plan”) had been published on 31 March 2023.

The Company received notice from its largest independent creditor, namely the Industrial
Development Corporation of South Africa Ltd ("IDC"), of its intention to adjourn the meeting
of creditors (held in terms of section 151 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008) (“Meeting”),
scheduled for 18 April 2023, to consider the Plan.

The IDC’s proposal was put to the creditors in the Meeting and was passed in a vote
exceeding 50% of the creditors at the Meeting. The Meeting was adjourned to 16th of May
2023.
