APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised of the
appointment of Ms. Nangosora Ashley Tjipitua, as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the SBN Holdings
Limited and Standard Bank Namibia Limited. Regulatory approval was obtained effective 10 March 2023.

The profile of Ms. Tjipitua, is attached and the appointment will be ratified by Shareholders at the next Annual
General Meeting of the Company.

We welcome Ms. Tjipitua to the board of directors of the company.
