NOTICE OF PRE-CLOSE INVESTOR PRESENTATION – CHANGE OF TIME
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by Spear on SENS on
18 February 2022 advising shareholders that Spear will be hosting a pre-close investor
presentation in relation to their financial year ending 28 February 2022, via a virtual
presentation.
Shareholders are advised that the time of the pre-close investor presentation has been
changed to 9h00 SAST on Monday, 28 February 2022.
