Appointment of director

In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Brimstone shareholders
are advised that Mr Logan Wort has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of
Brimstone with immediate effect.

Mr Wort has extensive experience in executive management and leadership accomplishments in
public and international affairs. His previous appointments include senior positions at National
Treasury of South Africa and South African Revenue Service (SARS). He is currently Executive
Secretary of the African Tax Administration Forum.

The board welcomes Mr Wort and looks forward to his contributions to Brimstone.
