REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA GLOBAL INVESTOR CALL INVITE




On 05 August 2021 the President of South Africa, Hon. Cyril Ramaphosa , announced changes to his
cabinet, with Mr. Enoch Godongwana appointed as the Minister of Finance.

The Republic of South Africa, rated Ba2 (negative) by Moody’s, BB- (stable) by S&P and BB- (negative) by
Fitch, have mandated HSBC and Standard Bank to arrange a Global Investor Call scheduled for Friday, 13th
August 2021 at 15:00 SA time. The call is for the purpose of introducing the Minister to market participants
and he will make brief comments around certain key matters falling within his portfolio.
