Change to the Board of Directors

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements shareholders are advised
that Funeka Mtsila has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the
Company and as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from today.

Funeka holds a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery, a BCur Ed et Admin, a BTech
Occupational Health, Management Advancement Programme and Nuclear Project
Management . She is the founder of Anzi Plant and Mining Services which she started in 2012.
Challenging herself continuously and working through the ranks from an occupational health
nurse to the manager of Medical Services at the South African Bureau of Standards to the
manager of Medical Services at the Nuclear Energy Corporation of South Africa.

Today her passion lies in inspiring, coaching and mentoring other women to excel in previously
male-dominated environments. She is a community developer; training, mentoring and
coaching over 100 SMMEs in the rural areas of Gauteng and Eastern Cape.

The Board of Directors of Brikor welcome Funeka to the Board.
