EARLY REDEMPTION OF IBL140 NOTES (“IBL140 NOTES”)

Investec Bank Limited (“the Issuer”) has exercised its option to early redeem all of the IBL140
Notes in terms of item 46 of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, issued under the Issuer’s
Domestic Medium Term Note Programme as recorded in a programme memorandum dated
10 December 2018, as follows:
