Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement, dated 5 June 2019, in which they were advised
of the resignation of Mr Brett Childs as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) with effect from 5 June 2019
and that Mr Peter Saungweme, the current Chief Financial Officer, would assume the role of interim
CEO until 31 December 2019.

Shareholders are further advised that the JSE has agreed to the extension of Mr Saungweme’s dual
role of interim CEO and CFO until 30 June 2020, following which a further announcement will be made.
