FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE CHANGE OF NAME

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement, dated 01 November 2019, advising that a
special resolution to change the Company’s name from “Brainworks Limited” to “Arden Capital Limited”
(“Change of Name”) had been approved by shareholders.

The special resolution in respect of the Change of Name has been registered by the Companies Office
in Mauritius and accordingly the following dates are confirmed:

 Last day to trade prior to the Change of Name becoming effective              Tuesday, 03 December

 Termination date for trading under the name of “Brainworks                  Wednesday, 04 December
 Limited” and commencement of trading under the new name
 “Arden Capital Limited”, under share code “ACZ”, short name
 “ARDENCAP” and ISIN MU0548S00026 from the commencement
 of trade

 Record date for the Change of Name                                             Friday, 06 December

 Dematerialised shareholders’ accounts with their CSDPs or                      Monday, 09 December
 Brokers will be updated with the Company’s new name

 New share certificates will be issued to certificated shareholders,            Monday, 09 December
 posted by registered post, at their risk
