SASOL FINANCING LIMITED ZAR 8 BILLION DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME:
UPDATE


On 28 December 2017, Sasol Financing Limited (“The Issuer”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sasol
Limited (“Sasol or the Guarantor”) established a Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (“the
Programme”) as part of its ongoing proactive management of its South African debt portfolio, under
which Sasol provides a wholly and unconditional guarantee.

Pursuant to paragraph 7.24 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, investors are advised that there
have been no material amendments to the Programme since its establishment and JSE listing.
