                                    GENERAL MEETING

MC Mining Limited (the “Company”), the coal exploration, development
and mining company operating in South Africa and traded on the ASX,
AIM and JSE, announces that the Integrated Report (Annual Report) for
the financial year ended 30 June 2018, Notice of the Annual General
Meeting and accompanying proxy for the meeting to be held on 23
November 2018 have today been posted to shareholders and are available
on the Company’s website www.mcmining.co.za.
