As a result of the “Interest Distribution” an adjustment was made to the exercise price to ensure the financial position of the
warrant holders is unprejudiced.

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the abovementioned warrant HYPIVC, would like to advise Holders, that due to the new
adjusted exercise price of R0.00, effective 4 April 2016, HYPIVC has terminated and holders are now entitled to receive the
linked units at the new exercise price of R0.01, together with the balance of the cash payment being the R5.78 distribution less
the R 4.3484 final pay down of the strike (equaling R1.43). This will automatically accrue to holders via instruction to STRATE.
