RESULTS OF A RESOLUTION OF ATTACQ SHAREHOLDERS IN TERMS OF SECTION 60 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 2008 (“ACT”)
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 9 December 2014 regarding the ordinary
resolution relating to the placement of 30 million shares of the authorised and unissued ordinary share capital of the
company under the control of the directors for the purposes of issuing up to 30 million shares pursuant to a vendor
consideration placement (“ordinary resolution”).
Shareholders are advised that the ordinary resolution has been approved and adopted by the company in terms of
section 60(2) of the Act. The voting results were as follows:
