Notification in terms of section 122(3) of the Companies Act and paragraph 3.83(b) 
of the JSE Listings Requirements

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008) 
("Companies Act") and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders 
are advised that RBA has received notifications in terms of section 122(1) of the 
Companies Act that:

1. Riskowitz Capital Management LLC, Protea Asset Management LLC and Midbrook Lane 
(Pty) Ltd have acquired shares in the company resulting in increasing their joint 
shareholding to 26.86% of the securities of the company;

2. Hillside International Holdings Limited has acquired shares in the company resulting 
in increasing its shareholding to 13.1% of the securities of the company; and

3. Zachary Capital LP has acquired shares in the company resulting in increasing its 
shareholding to 8.0% of the securities of the company. 

RBA confirms that it has received the required notice in terms of section 122(1)(a) 
of the Companies Act and the company has filed the required notice with the Takeover 
Regulation Panel.
