CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that the role of David Levithan will change from executive director to
non-executive director of Sable, with effect from 14 January 2015. David will continue to act as legal
advisor to the company.

We want to thank David for his contribution as executive director to Sable.
