OPTIONAL REDEMPTION IN FULL OF OUTSTANDING NOTES ISSUED BY THE
THEKWINI FUND 8 (RF) LIMITED (“THE ISSUER”)
Investors in the THE8A3 (ZAG000082462), THE8B1 (ZAG000082470),
THE8C1 (ZAG000082488) and THE8D1 (ZAG000082496) notes (the
“Notes”) are hereby advised that the Issuer has exercised its
option to redeem the Notes at the principal outstanding amounts,
pursuant to Condition 7.3.1 (Optional Redemption) of the Terms
and Conditions of the Notes. The redemption of the Notes in
issue will be effected on 19 January 2015 (“the Redemption
Date”) in the amounts set out below:
