RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
At the seventh annual general meeting of the shareholders of the company held   
today ("the AGM"), the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the      
ordinary and special resolutions as proposed at the AGM.                        
The resolution for the re-election of non-executive director, Mr JF Buchanan,   
who retires in accordance with the company`s Articles of Association, was       
withdrawn as he has decided not to avail himself for re-election. Mr Buchanan   
therefore retired from the Board today. The Chairman thanked him for his        
valuable contribution over the past 8 years.                                    
The special resolutions will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual      
Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") in due course.
