TERMINATION OF LISTING ON THE JSE LIMITED                                       
The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that the listing of the
above-mentioned company will be terminated with effect from the commencement of 
business on Monday, 8 November 2010 due to the company`s non-compliance with the
Listings Requirements. The record date to determine the shareholders` register  
will be 5 November 2010.
