RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY                                                           
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 15 June 2010, shareholders are     
advised that the company is continuing negotiations with various interested     
parties for the recapitalisation of the group and has received written          
interest in this regard, which is forming the base for negotiations.  In        
addition, alternative options available in relation to Queensgate Leisure (in   
provisional liquidation) are being investigated.                                
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when      
dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
