Secondary listing on A2X

Johannesburg, 29 September 2026: Shareholders are advised that the Company's
ordinary shares have been approved for inclusion in the list of qualifying equity
securities to be traded on the A2X exchange ("A2X") with effect from 6 October
2026 (the "A2X listing date").

Sibanye-Stillwater’s primary listing on the JSE Limited, secondary listing of
American depositary shares on the New York Stock Exchange, and its issued share
capital will be unaffected by the secondary listing on A2X.

The secondary listing on A2X is expected to provide investors with greater access
to Sibanye-Stillwater’s ordinary shares through an additional regulated trading
platform, enhancing shareholder choice and supporting liquidity in the Company’s
shares.

Sibanye-Stillwater’s ordinary shares will be available to be traded on A2X from
the A2X listing date.

A2X is a licensed   stock exchange authorised to provide a secondary listing venue
for companies and   is regulated by the South African Financial Sector Conduct
Authority and the   Prudential Authority of the Reserve Bank in terms of the
Financial Markets   Act 19 of 2012, as amended.
