AMALGAMATION WITH SATRIX GLOBAL BALANCED FUND OF UNDS ETF (JSE CODE –
STXGLB)
Further to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 30 June 2025
regarding the issue price announcement and the fractional announcement
on 02 July 2025, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the
correction to units issued.
Correction to units issued/listing of units
Satrix Global Balanced Fund (STXGLB) will list 1 407 645 securities
on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main board of the JSE
Limited, at an issue price of R55.00 per security, to commence trading
on Wednesday, 16 July 2025.
There are 1 213 874 securities in issue prior to the listing of the
additional SATRIXGLB securities. After the listing of the additional
SATRIXGLB securities, there will be 2 621 519 SATRIXGLB in issue.
