APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ravi Samsunder Rugbeer has been appointed as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Nu-World
with effect from 9 July 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, Graham Hindle will continue to serve as the Financial
Director of Nu-World.

Ravi, a qualified CA(SA), has 14 years' commercial experience since completing his articles. Since March 2022,
Ravi has served as Financial Director with Agro-Serve (Pty) Ltd.

The board of directors of Nu-World welcomes Ravi and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
