Chief Financial Officer Succession

Shareholders are referred to the Voluntary Trading Update issued via the Stock Exchange News Service of
the JSE Limited on 22 November 2023. The Old Mutual Limited Board is pleased to announce that, in the
interest of continuity and to assist with the execution of various key strategic projects underway, Mr Casper
Troskie has agreed to remain as Chief Financial Officer until April 2027.
