Notification to Noteholders of Final Redemption and Expiry for the UBS
Certificates linked to the Absa Global Equity Multi-Factor Risk-Controlled
(13%) ETN (the "Notes") – Series 3.

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on Monday, 27 May
2024, and are advised of the Final Redemption Amount for the abovementioned
note.

Under the Terms, the abovementioned note shall expire on 11 June 2024. A
Redemption Amount in respect of each Note of a nominal amount equal to the
Calculation Amount will be payable on Payment Date.
