Announcement: Johanessburg gas explosion on 19 July

TUHF Limited has conducted an assessment and in respect of all the buildings in the Urban Ubomi
1 portfolio, there was no damanage to any properties following the gas explosion that occurred on
Bree Street affecting the Johanessburh Inner City, .

There is one building in the Urban Ubomi 1 portfolio that is in the vicinity. No damages have been
sustained by the property, which currently has an outstanding value of ZAR39 952 516 and
valuation of ZAR57 414 208.

In addition, all buildings have up to date property owner insurance, that insures the building against
structural damage and loss of income. All insurers have been notified timeously of the incident. In
addition, we have contacted all our clients and visited the properties. We will be monitoring the
situation closely.
