NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL REPORT

 Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2020 was posted to
 shareholders today, Monday 20 July 2020. The annual report, incorporating the notice of annual general
 meeting and audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2020 are
 available at www.yeboyethu.co.za.

 The record date for shareholders to be registered in the books of the company for purposes of the annual
 general meeting is Friday 7 August 2020. The last day to trade to qualify for this annual general meeting will
 be Tuesday 4 August 2020.

 COVID-19
 The health and well-being of staff and shareholders are paramount. In light of social distancing and
 continued restrictions placed on public gatherings, the annual general meeting will continue as scheduled
 but in electronic format only as permitted by the company’s memorandum of incorporation. The annual
 report incorporates a notice of annual general meeting, which meeting will be held in fully electronic format
 on Friday 21 August 2020 at 10:00 (SA time). YeboYethu will make an announcement on SENS and its
 website closer to the time as to the details of this electronic meeting.
