CLN461 issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will
be   partially   de-listed   in  the   aggregated   amount   of
ZAR257,556,000 (the “Redeemed Portion”) by the JSE Limited
effective on or about 20 May 2020.

The partial de-listing of the Note is due to the fact that
Standard Bank, as the issuer thereof, has repurchased and owns
the Redeemed Portion. The amended pricing supplement for CLN461,
reflecting the repurchase of the Redeemed Portion, will be
executed on or about 18 May 2020.

The remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of CLN461 in issue is
ZAR16,444,000. The respective “pay dates” (as such term is
defined in the Debt Listings Requirements) took place on
30 April 2020, 05 May 2020, 6 May 2020 and 07 May 2020.
