AVAILABILITY OF THE DMTN PROGRAMME MEMORANDUM AND GUARANTEE
INFORMATION

Noteholders are advised that the upstream guarantee provided by RCS
Cards Proprietary Limited has been increased in line with the
increase in the amount of the Domestic Medium Term Note Programme to
R10 billion.

RCS further wishes to announce that the R10 billion DMTN Programme
Memorandum is now available for inspection on the RCS Group website
at https://investors.rcs.co.za/investor-relations.
