CLOSED PERIOD SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAMME

In compliance with the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, SA Corporate unitholders are
advised that the Fund has entered into a repurchase programme to repurchase SA Corporate units
(“units”) which commenced prior and will continue during its closed period. The closed period
commences on 1 January 2013 and ends on or about 22 February 2013, when SA Corporate’s
financial results are scheduled to be released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE. In
terms of the repurchase programme, a mandate has been entered into with a single agent who has
the authority to repurchase up to a maximum of 70,823,354 units which commenced on 10 December
2012.

Any repurchases will be effected within certain pre-set parameters within the limits of the programme
and the JSE Listings Requirements.
