FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT


Further to the announcement released on 29 June 2012, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received confirmation of registration of the Special Resolutions relating to the Change
of Name, the Share Capital Conversion and the increase in Share Capital by the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”). There are no further conditions outstanding.


Accordingly, the following salient dates and times are applicable:                         2012




Last day to trade shares under the present share capital and
under the current name in order to be recorded as a
shareholder by the record date on                                                Friday, 24 August

Shares will trade in the new name of Sherbourne Capital
Limited with ISIN: ZAE000165403 and JSE share code: SHB
                                                                                Monday, 27 August

Record date for determining those shareholders whose
shares will be subject to the name change on                                     Friday, 31 August

Forms of surrender for new certificates to be received by the
transfer secretaries by 12:00 on record date in order for new
certificates reflecting the consolidation and name change to
be posted on or about                                                        Monday, 3 September


Dematerialised shareholders will have their accounts at their
CSDP or broker updated on                                                    Monday, 3 September
Notes:

1. IFCA shares may not be dematerialised or rematerialised after Friday, 24 August 2012.
2. Posting of all new share certificates to certificated shareholders will be made on or about one day
   after the Record Date, if the share certificates have been surrendered by 12:00 on record date or
   within 5 business days of receipt thereafter.
